Members Terms of Service

By signing up and actively using the Anythingfree4youprogram you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Anythingfree4youmay, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Smiley Referrals 4 You. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the Anythingfree4youprogram following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our sit e will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Relationship of the Parties
You and Anythingfree4youare independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Smiley Referrals 4 You. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Smiley Referrals 4 You. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Anythingfree4youprogram. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Anythingfree4youwill not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Anythingfree4youprogram, even if Anythingfree4youhas been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Anythingfree4youaggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Spam
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Anythingfree4youand may result in legal prosecution. Anythingfree4youstrictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Anythingfree4youmay charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Anythingfree4youwill file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

Membership requirements.
Members may join from any country
Members must provide valid information at all times during their membership
Users must be at least 13 years of age or older You are required to add your birthday in your profile. Your account earnings will not be paid unless your profile is complete with all required information.
Any user found to have alot of reversals or found to be duplicating credit card offers will have there account disabled and all earnings forfeited.
Any users found to be flaming or otherwise making deragotory remarks regading Anythingfree4youcan be put on hold for an undetermined amount of time.
Users may not create more than one account per person - You may no open more than one account per household/ip without written permission. Before permission will be given you will have to provide proper identification.
Any users found to be sharing address, payment option, or ip or any other information will be put on hold for an undeterminded amount of time.
Logging into someone else's account or using someone else's computer can be reason for your account to be put on hold.
At any time Anythingfree4you can ask for identification for proof of person before submitting payment. If you do not provide indentification your account will be put on hold for an undetermined amount of time.
All accounts must have a valid telephone number listed on their account. It can not be a fax line, a voicemail only line, disconnected number or any other sort of invalid phone number. I must be able to call the number and have a real person answer.
In order to be paid your account must be phone verified. Which means I must call the number on file for you to recieve your payment.
If your account is not verified at the time payments are processed then your request for payment will be denied. If you request and have your account denied 3 times for not being verified your account will be put on hold until reach admin.
Payments
Anythingfree4you has a low minimum payout of only $15.
We offer many ways to cash out which always include paypal, revolution money exchange, check , and giftcards. We may offer other methods at various times and you may request any method you wish by submitting a ticket.
At times there may be reasons in which we need to pay you by other means you will be given your options at that time.
All payments will start being processed no later then the 15th of the month.
For example : You earn $86 between October 1 and October 31st you will be paid between November 30th.
Advertisers pay during different times of the month and as payments come in they will go out in order they were recieved.
~In light of new fraud any offer marked instant payment is only eligibe to those who have are verified already paid members. Otherwise the offer amount will be added to your balance
~All accounts may be verified prior to first payment. Verification generally only requires speaking with you on the phone however it can also include your providing photo id and proof the credit card used to do credit card offers belongs to you - All accounts not verified at time payments are processed will be denied until account is verified and member will be required to request again
Closing Accounts:
You have the right at any time to request your account to be closed
Your payout will go out the following month after closing your account along with regular scheduled payments. So if you close your account in June you will be paid by July 30th.
You must still meet the minimum amount required to cashout in order to get paid.
Transfers
Accounts may not be sold transfered or given to any other person other than the original user. Any person found to break this rule will be indefinantly suspended.
Anythingfree4youis responsible for all offer crediting. Do not contact the advertisers regarding offer crediting. If it is found that you are contacting advertisers or publishers regarding crediting to your account on Anythingfree4youyour account will be terminated and all monies forfeited.
Anythingfree4you has the right to change offer rates at any time for any reason
Users must only try offers they interested in. If user is found at any time, at sole descrition of Anythingfree4you, to be in violation of this rule his/her earnings will be forfeited.
Users must provide their own correct and accurate information when trying offers any offers. Users may not use fraudulent, fake or someone else's information when doing offers. Doing so can cause the leads to be reversed by the advertiser and will result in your account being closed.
Anythingfree4you does not guarantee payments for offers which fail to track and credit. If an offer fails to credit, the user may request manual credit by supplying a confirmation email from the offer. Anythingfree4you does not guarantee credit after a manual credit request is posted.
Anythingfree4youis not responsible for the terms, conditions, or any other contractual agreement of any offers listed on this site as we have no control over them. We strongly suggest that users carefully and completely read all the terms and conditions associated with each offer before completing it.
Anythingfree4youhas the right to deny payment for any legitimate reason, disable any account for any legitimate reason, change the terms at any time all update will be posted here.
Live support help has been added to the site - if you are found to abuse your live support privilages you will not longer be able to get support immediatly and you will have to submit a ticket
At times a random check may be done in order to ensure the security and safegaurd from fraud. Verbal checks may include phone calls to the number on record or may require you to send in a photo id before you are paid. Please be sure all information is accurate on file.
